Adhesive VK-27 is a cold-curing composition including epoxy resin, low-molecular-weight polyamide resins, butadiene-nitrile rubber, aminoethoxysilanes with mineral fillers, supplied as two components. Adhesive VK-27 without filler is the same composition but without the filler. Adhesive VK-27SM is a cold-curing composition including epoxy resin, low-molecular-weight polyamide resins, butadiene-nitrile rubber, aminoethoxysilanes, mineral filler (asbestos and glass microspheres). Adhesive VK-27A is a composition including epoxy resin, low-molecular-weight polyamide resins, butadiene-nitrile rubber and aminoethoxysilanes. VKV-27 adhesive is supplied as a four-component set. Modifications of VK-27:
VK-27SM: optimized for improved adhesion to composites.
VK-27A: enhanced heat resistance.
VKV-27: foaming adhesive for honeycomb fillers in aircraft structures (e.g. bonding aluminum foil AMg2N with D16AT alloy frames).
